I am looking for a graphics designer that would be capable of making a good Minecraft Server banner for advertising. This meaning a 468x60 px animated banner. I was hoping for a specific banner. I am looking for a reasonable price and not too expensive. I want a banner that keeps your attention and makes you want to click on it. I am looking for something around $100 as this is not a huge project.
