Measure Patient
Take Foam Impression of patient s feet
Send order to Medical Resources Limited
Check in product upon receipt
Fit patient
Explain all financial responsibility to patient as well as wear instructions and warranty
And all other paper works that in necessary.
Obtain signatures for all delivery paperwork
Turn chart into to office for billing
Follow up with the patient 10-14 business day for a courtesy call
After Contact with patient and patient is satisfied with product turn in progress notes to office to be placed in the patients chart.
Market our services to physicians, nursing homes, and home health agencies
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Successfully completing pedorthic competencies and exams
Valid Driver License
Physical requirements: While preforming the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to have the ability to drive, get in and out of car and patients homes, and kneel and measure; the employee may be required to perform light lifting.
