A growing infusion services company in the West Columbia, SC area is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Director of Intake Services to join their team full-time! Check out the details below: Title: RN " Director of Intake Services Job Type: Permanent/Direct Hire Specialty: Outpatient - Ambulatory Infusion AIC / Chronic Disease Care Location: West Columbia, SC Schedule: Full-time, Mon " Fri, 8AM to 5PM *No nights, weekends or holidays! Salary: Salary is competitive, negotiable based on experience plus full benefits package This Director of Intake Services will be responsible for the development, implementation, and day to day operations for the intake process department. Will lead the team of intake personnel in ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Will report to the Chief Reimbursement Officer and work closely with the Directors of Reimbursement in ensuring process flow, operational integrity, quality care, and process improvement standards are being met. REQUIREMENTS: - Current and clean South Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse licensure - 3+ years of recent experience in supervision and administration - 3+ years of experience in a related field (IV therapies, infusion, dialysis, oncology, intake processes, admissions, discharge, ect) - Proficient with Electronic Medical Records " EMR - Seeking a self-starter with strong communication skills who thrives within a fast paced environment Preferences: - Medical terminology and coding knowledge - Knowledge of infusion service procedures and reimbursement policies GREAT opportunity to join a superior team with a growing company!
