Job Title: Provider Services Representative
Position Summary:
Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant professional in the Charleston, WV area looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? More Insight of Daily Responsibilities:
In this opportunity, you will assist providers in a call center setting and interacts with internal departments on provider enrollment issues and updates, provides maintenance to provider files as necessary. You will be part of provider re validation, you will be sifting through documents (mostly electronic) such as licenses, etc. through the web portal, verifying that all documents have been provided, and prepping them to scan into the system. There will be light phone work reaching out to providers for missing documents.
Hours for this Position: M-F Daytime hours; Position requires mandatory overtime (4-6 hours per week) including either every other Saturday or staying a few hours late during the week

What We Look For:
Computer skills! Must be computer proficient and type at 40+wpm - Must be OK sitting on a chair at the computer all day!
Medical Terminology experience (any medical office/clerical background)
IDEAL candidate would have provider billing, claims, CREDENTIALING, etc.
Strong customer service skills
