The Firm has offices in West Virginia, Virginia and Maryland, and serves as state, regional and national counsel for several of its clients.

Requirements:
? The successful candidate must be licensed in West Virginia and possess strong verbal communication, research and writing skills.
? The position will have a heavy emphasis on brief and motion practice as well as large discovery productions.
? Three to five years of experience is required.
? Trial and in-court experience is preferred.
