KVCWest Virginia is seeking caring professionals to join its new Safe at HomeProgram. The goal of the Safe at Home program is to provide trauma-basedwraparound services to youth between 12-17 years of age to ensure that theyremain in their home community and receive all necessary services and supports.
The Safeat Home Supervisor will provide direct supervision for Care Coordinators andCommunity Resource Specialists in Region II as defined by the Department ofHealth and Human Services (DHHS). Applications will be accepted fromHamlin, Wayne, Verdunville and Charleston with the intention to hire oneindividual to serve all locations. This individual may also provide someclinical supervision (for licensure) to employees who are providing directservice as well as provide clinical direction and guidance to licensed clinicalstaff.
KVCis also seeking Care Coordinators who will be responsible for direct servicecoordination and wraparound service implementation in the facilitator role andCommunity Resource Specialists who will identify and develop a wraparoundpartner network while also creating specific provider recruitment to addressthe unique therapeutic needs of the identified population.
