JOB SUMMARY: Manage and direct Marketing and Sales Support functions to support the company's growth and development strategy and objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Build and maintain a stable and scale:able proposal function with processes, procedures, controls, and data repository necessary to respond to Requests for Proposal / Information, and renewals accurately, and on a timely basisEstablish and maintain a pricing model, tied to the P/L, along with an accountability and tracking model to assure adherence to established pricing policies complete with decision maker verification and sign:offDevelop and or maintain a stable of Stop Loss carriers profiled, with a quarterly review of financials, issues, commissions, and overrides to assure that carriers are financially sound and that The Company's is receiving the proper revues commensurate with their value delivery.Feed established revenue forecasting models proposal information to assure timely and accurate accounting of opportunities : i.e. CRM toolsDevelop and maintain a marketing plan that promote and supports The Company's growth objective by developing promotional campaigns, press releases, Leadership Forums, presentations, proposals, and advertising and marketing collateral.Ongoing process improvement through implementation and integration of updated best practices and technologyProvide leadership and/or supports the design, development, and implementation of products and service linesDevelop, maintain and administer annual budget process for assigned area of responsibilityConduct and analyze market research to determine risk and marketability of potential products and product features QUALIFICATIONS:A minimum of 10 years' experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in leadership roles guiding and directing sales and marketing teams.Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals. Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning and promotions/advertising.Bachelors degree and five plus years of related experience in the managed care industry or the equivalent combination of experience and education.
