Job Description
~~~~~~~~ We are looking for an inspector to perform bank-ordered property inspections, which include: Contact inspections, No-contact inspections, Interior inspections, and Loss Draft inspections. These inspections may be for occupied, vacant, and/or pre-foreclosure properties.
Each contracted inspector will be provided with a software application designed to manage, route, and update their orders. Work must be completed within the allowable time frame. All of our inspectors receive weekly pay for their efforts!
Materials that you must have to complete an inspection:
-Reliable vehicle
-Valid drivers' license
-Smartphone with internet
-Computer
-GPS
Must be able to pass criminal background check.
