4br 1 room in 4BR at The Lofts in Charleston, West Virginia For Sale

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Lofts. I love this apartment, but due to some unforeseen circumstances I unfortunately need to move out. There's a reliable shuttle service, a nice pool and hot tub, and all utilities are included. They're also getting ready to install a 50 inch tv in each apartment. ***Taking my lease is exactly like signing a new lease; the management will transfer everything into your name, and the apartment was professionally cleaned over the summer. The only difference when you take mine instead of signing a new one is that I get out of mine. Thanks!
