We currently have an opening for a highly motivated, results oriented Billing Analyst to join our team in Cross Lanes, WV. With a desire to excel, the qualified professional . Responsibilities: * Responsible for the accurate and timely generation of customer billing. * Interact with collection specialist to resolve billing issues. * Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. * Review mark up exceptions reports and resolve problems. * Generate and review pre-invoicing reports and resolve problems. * Approve, release, and generate billing per customer schedules. * Expedite invoicing of unbilled activity, reviewing unbilled report each week. * Input and verify miscellaneous transactions. * Generate customer reports. * Escalate billing issues to manager. * Uses Sound Judgment-Makes timely and sound decisions: makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty.
