Indirect Account Executive - Prepaid Job Summary: Develop and support indirect/3rd party retail sales channels in the local market. Implement all necessary sales and support strategies for obtaining revenue and unit objectives. Support all Prepaid indirect channels in related issues such as advertising, pricing, marketing, compensation and sales automation. Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve sales objectives. Attend and achieve all training requirements for indirect channel personnel. Support competitive analysis and review effectiveness of programs. Implement channel segmentation through local knowledge, competition and regional direction Support territory growth by adding additional Prepaid doors. Support local promotional events for indirect channel/3rd party retail channels and coordinate resources for local markets. Support reporting requirements and forecasts. Support locations through frequent store visits as directed by Prepaid Indirect Sales Manager. Responsible for following, supporting, and enforcing all internal control processes and procedures. Indirect Account Executive - Prepaid Qualification Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Indirect/third party retail sales experience obtained over 2-5 years in successful indirect sales support. Skills Summary: Excellent communication and sales skills and experienced problem resolution skills. Knowledge of: Skills: Wireless industry desirable, ability to lead and influence others, diplomacy in communications, negotiate from a “win – win" perspective, complete Sprint product line, pricing and services, thorough knowledge of features and operations of all Prepaid Sprint products.
