New and ready to shoot AR-15 - 5.56mm NATO ? Custom built by Docs Firearms. This is our Super 1 Carbine Model. The upper begins with a 16? Cryo-Treated Barrel with 1:7 twist and Slotted Flash Suppressor (note: we also make this with a stainless steel barrel). The low-profile Gas Block is covered with floating Carbine/Mid-length hand guards, and supported by a Front Rail and Front Flip-up Sight (or A-Frame front sight). The barrel assembly is attached to a Billet machined xxxx-T6 aircraft aluminum alloy lower complemented by a single-stage smithed ALG Defense? Combat Trigger in Nickel Boron/Teflon (very trick). The super-hard Nickel-Boron Bolt Carrier Group is Full Auto. It connects to a Tactical Charging Handle, with Ergo Grip? custom oversized pistol grip (nice feel), and 30-round magazine (we can also fit it with Magpul? furniture). The best part is a very neat LimbSaver? fully adjustable and padded Butt Stock (it just looks cool) which can be adjusted three different ways and 3-dimentionally. The whole thing is topped with a Vortex Strikefire? Red Dot System Scope (or Trijicon-look-alike) by Bushnell. I especially like the scope as it has internal and external dot alignment adjustments, flip-up dust covers, easy-detach proper-height mounting bracket, and a screw-on 3x magnifier tube (see both setups in the pictures). As backup sights there is a flip-up rear large/small peep sight (to match the front one) that can be utilized with or without the scope mounted. The setup makes a good target or hunting rifle as it does everything well, is relatively lightweight (8.6 pounds empty), sturdy, and performs extremely well. It is my favorite AR :>)~.
