We are looking for people who LOVE making customers happy. We are a company filled with high energy people with a willingness to put the customer's needs first. If you've got a knack for working on computers and/or phones and game systems, as well as able to explain technical concepts in an easy to understand language, then this position would make a great fit for you.
Pay Rate:
Based on qualifications and certifications.
Hours:
Full Time Position | Monday - Friday
9AM to 6PM (flexible 30 minute lunch + 2 flexible 15 minute breaks)

Must be able to communicate with customers in a respectful and patient manor

You are expected to know the following when hired:
Advanced problem solving for Windows, and OS X
Computer parts and interfaces
Build/Rebuild desktops, laptops
Preform Windows/OS X installations
Basic software troubleshooting
Familiarity with common hardware issues
Basic networking
You will be trained on the following:
In house operations How we do things
Game system repair
Cellphone repair
Tablet repair
Media player repair
Other misc. personal electronics repair
We WILL NOT train basic IT skills, you MUST have experience.
You will be tested on your basic skills before getting the job.
You must be able to communicate with customers in a respectful and patient manor.
